The Porsche roof-racks are quite nice design wise and strong enough for a roof-top-tent, but thats it. Mounting stuff on this racks especially a big heavy roof-top-tent is...interesting. So we decided to make a frame to mount it under the Tent. To have a form fitting connection between frame and roof racks I decided to print some wedges. Easier said than done - there was a lot of trial and error to find the right shape. One file is for the left an one for the right side. Gave them a lot of infill 40 % and 8 layers on top, bottom an outer shell to make them sturdy.
