This is a remix of lilmikey's post. I found in portrait mode while plugged in, I had to keep the phone high in the bracket as it was too far back from the front of the dash. Moved the upper bracket forward to accommodate the charging cable. This mount works in the dashboard and tray contours of the 2015-2022 Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon. Use a good double-sided tape on the back of the mount in the tray area and in the front of the mount on the stereo fascia - you need to stick anything to the leather.
