It is an holder for DVD player or tablet with the VESA 75x75 standard which mounts behind the seats of the TESLA Model 3. The central hole is for the photo standard screw and the four others are is for the VESA 75x75 mount. You can use this VESA holder for exemple: https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B074N4GDY6/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_I-naEbWE4QBF3 The small inserts pass behind the rigid plastic plate and the large hooks are fixed on the headrest pins. It is necessary to glue a piece of felt 1mm thick to protect the plastic of the car. You must add the following: - Two 3x10mm thermoplastic screws - Two M4 nuts - Two M4x12 screws - Two M4 washers.
