Description

I broke my original latch on my 2012 F-150. I remixed this and made the pins braces a little narrower to make it easier to put in i also removed the 3d printed spring part and reinforced the pins instead this was still a very tight fit you might need to still sand the pins down shorter. might modify more if it breaks in future. A paper clip spring will work but If you have original spring, use that instead. attached is a youtube of how to install the latch i do not own this video. Print Settings Printer: Turnigy Fabrikator Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution:.2m Infill: 75% Notes: slice the print so the pins and latch are flat on the glass with supports touching build plate Post-Printing ============= print laying flat like this and make sure you have supports touching build plate lot of overhang in the latch part Category: Automotive.
