This is a remix of nonnux's 3D scanned design for the Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ Wheel Center Cap. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2453570 I lost a wheel center cap for my 2001 Jeep Cherokee Classic XJ that has the 16" ICON wheels. nonnux's design, since it's a giant circle, can be resized to fit any wheel center cap. The internal designation code for my Jeep is XJ, so why not put that on the cap instead? For the 16" ICON wheels, I measured one of my original wheel center caps and it measures 50mm. I used Cura to resize the file to print the correct size. I set the file to print on the 45 degree to get the best surface finish and least post-processing on the face as well as use the least amount of supports. I used tree supports. Also because it's a good mix of having the horizontal layer lines run close to parallel with the "stress" this part might encounter. I printed my initial file out of PLA for testing the fit, but will print the final versions out of PETG to have better heat resistance.
