Description

I designed this for my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited. I know they will fit other models and years, but I don't know which. I wasn't paying attention that the original was for a Jeep Liberty. I added the Imperial Cog and printed it. The whole thing slipped right through the hole on my spare for my Wrangler. Oops. I resized it for the Wrangler. To get the two toned look, you have to change the filament at the correct height. I printed it with the smaller section on the build plate and used supports (right side up). I changed the filament greater than 9.3 mm, once it starts the walls and infill for the raised parts of the cog. It could be printed with the cog down (upside down). The raised section is 2.5 mm. The filament MUST be changed at 2.3 mm, before it starts the roof which will be the other color. If you wait past that and it starts the roof, you won't get the two color look when looking at it from the front. I printed it the other way because if you miss the change by a little, you can't really see that the bottom of the walls are the "wrong" color. Color Change Heights A. Imperial Cog Right side up >9.3 mm Upside down 11.8 mm Upside down 8.7 mm Upside down < 3.1 mm There is also a blank hub center if you want to add your own design.
