Summary my vent flaps were broken. and I couldn't close the vent. here are the 2 different flap pieces in the vent. the gear part, and the flat flap. You can print the flat one laying flat, and the gear one with it standing up and the gear faces pointing left and right.-- Reference the photo. I used tree supports and 100% infill. note PLA will probably melt at 180+ degrees in your hot car.
