Description

This is a replacement main gear for the HVAC blend door actuator that tends to crack and break with age. From what I could find, this gear should also work for the following units as well in addition to some Mercedes-Benz models. List Below. if you are unsure, disassemble your unit and compare with attached photo and gear. It may work for your use case as well. When servicing take care to note the orientation of the metal shaft in addition to the blue gear to make sure alignment does not get lost. Install with flat side of gear facing up. Be sure to lubricate with a plastic safe lubricant and reassemble! Print with the flat side to the bed of the printer with maximum infill. Choose suitable filament that can withstand torque and high heat for reliable operation. CADILLAC ESCALADE 1999-2000.
