Description

Ich habe eine Weile nach einer guten Halterung für mein Mobiltelefon für die Zoe Ph2 gesucht und irgendwie nichts gefunden, was meinen Gefallen erregt hätte und auch noch preisgünstig gewesen wäre. Bohren und Kleben kommt nicht infrage, also sollte es irgendwas geklemmtes sein. Die Lüftungslamellen mag ich wegen Bruchgefahr und wegfallender Verstellmöglichkeiten nicht nutzen. Das schränkt die Auswahl schon mal ziemlich ein. Also, selber machen. Hinter dem großen Zentraldisplay ist ein guter Befestigungsplatz, wo man etwas zwischen der Displaykonsole und dem Armaturenbrett einklemmen kann. Da will man natpürlich kein Handy platzieren, weil man dann nix mehr davon sieht und bei mir soll eben hauptsächlich CANZE darauf laufen. Also hinter dem Display klemmen und seitlich mit einem Ausleger arbeiten. Ich habe dann mal etwas mit meinem CAD gefummelt und dann ausgedruckt. Dabei ist eine universelle Montagemöglichkeit entstanden, die sicher hinter dem Zoe-Display verklemmt werden kann und eine Basis für die Anbringung eines Handyhalters etc bietet. Ich habe bei mir einfach eine billig käufliche Handy-Halter-Basis aufgeklebt, die ich noch hier liegen hatte. Die Files zum Ausdrucken stelle ich noch bei Thingiverse ein und ergänze hier dann den Link. Dann kann jeder, der sich dafür interessiert selbst aktiv werden. Ich habe jetzt noch keine Langzeiterfahrung mit der thermischen Stabilität. Derzeit habe ich das Ganze testweise mal mit carbonverstärktem PLA gedruckt, aber vermutlich wird für die heißen Sommermonate ein Halter aus ASA erforderlich sein. Die f3d-Datei ist zur eigenen Weiterentwicklung beigefügt und kann frei verwendet werden. Ein Hinweis auf die Herkunft des Entwurfes wäre nett.
