3DPrintedCarPartDescription
My deflectors located on the rear side skirts broke off so i designed replacement parts to replace the Original Manufactured Parts. They are a 90% fit to the original part but it works. These parts are not too critical because the car can still function and drive but this was more for the aesthetics. Kind of seems weird knowing that there is something missing there but at least now there is a 3D model available and can be printed at a low cost. At the time these parts were over priced from the dealer but now, they are affordable. The metal clip can be transferred over and the original mounting screws and fittings can be used as well. The Deflectors can be printed as a pair on a small bed size of 220x220mm. I have also included the parts as a separate file just in case anyone wants to print just one side. LH and RH may be backwards but the tabs on the parts should be facing towards the front of the car when mounting. Also the deflector may be thick at the bottom and can be reduced down to be within 3mm min - 5mm max. Currently it is around 4.9mm thick. For those who are curious for the part numbers of the original parts: LH side: 5411779 RH side: 9911778 I put this under a work in progress because since the fit for me was 90% which was tolerable, it may be different for yours, but I'm pretty sure it would fit and work for most. Keep in mind that I used a broken part to design this and best replicated everything as a temporary replacement part but has potential to be a permanent fix. Added Post-Printing Photos of the part which still has very light stringing that can be cleared using s lighter. There was heavier stringing but that was removed by hand. Thank you for your support and your contributions which will aid in creating more designs. This object was made in Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/dm07nr3uRKb
