This cradle fits into the Leaf's sunglasses holder and locks your phone into place. I created it as I was not happy with existing cradles that snapped to heater / AC ducts. This is a pretty simple model, and can easily be modified for other vehicles and phones. The model fits my Leaf and Nexus 5 phone really well. I have included the OpenSCAD file, if you would like to modify it for other phones or vehicles.
