This is the slot-nut / sliding block used in the seat rail for the above mentioned cars (Toyota Proace, Ofel Zafira Life, Citroen Spacetourer, Peugeot Traveller) and can be used to mount thing to the rails. Of course this is not a replacement for the metal parts with higher strength. So don't use for heavy loads or the seats, of course. Anyway this model should give you cheap mounting points on the seat rails.
