Description

WARNING!!! I recently found out the projector gets TOO HOT for the HDPE and my bracket melted slightly, enough that it was drooping down in the headlight. I am currently machining the bracket out of aluminum, but wanted to leaves these files up in case someone could print in a high-temperatue plastic. This bracket solves the problem of mounting an H1 mini-style projector in a BMW E90/E91 pre-LCI housing, due to the low beam hole being offset to one side. It also assures that the projector is mounted in the correct vertical and rotational position for E46-R extended shrouds (https://www.theretrofitsource.com/e46-r-extended-48771.html). It is designed specifically for the ACME Super H1 bi-xenon projectors (https://www.theretrofitsource.com/bi-xenon-acme-super-h1.html), but may fit earlier versions of the Morimoto mini, and some other generic H1 projectors. Also included are mounting blocks for ACME RGB LED demon eyes that slide into the top rectangle of the bracket.
