Radio Knob Insert for Mini Cooper vehicles

I found the original had too large of an inner diameter, even with the instruction to use the metal insert from the original knob. My 2005 Mini radio has a knob with a 4.8 mm D-shaft, so I have adjusted the design for that size. Metal insert is no longer required.
