Description

Due to limitations with the sheet metal used on the stock Cobb SF air box for the Subaru wrx, there is a decent size gap between the intake and the top of the air box (2-3 in^2). This part will line up with the current fasteners and provide a slight increase in coverage. I have not done enough testing at the moment to state any kind of decrease in temperature. Due to the low cost and ease of installation, it seems like its worth investigating. I believe the newer WRX air box (2015+) has eliminated the need for this part. I would eventually like to make this part out of aluminum and will try to upload the dxf files and prints with bend instructions if possible.
