Description

I made a 3d-printed lock for the aftermarket Tesla US to Type 2 adapter (Manufactured by OLINK in China). Here is an example adapter: https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/Electric-Vehicle-car-accessories-Charging-Adapter_1600687320067.html This lock will make it very difficult for anyone to remove the Type 2 connector from the car, unless the adapter is unlocked by the car owner. It was tested on all Tesla models. However, it works best on Model S/X with the smaller ports, since the larger headlight/charger area cars are more flexible and might allow someone to force a disconnect.
