Description

*Working on cars can be dangerous. Use at your own risk* I've used this part to hold down the battery in my MK4 Golf TDI. Purchased the car with the battery bungie corded down and found there was a metal plate under the battery tray with a captive bolt that had rusted and would no longer tighten. I used this print to replace it with some metric hardware and the original metal top clamp (PN 1J0803219). I've run this setup for 2 years in cold climates and decided to post after not seeing wear in the part on a recent battery change.
