3DPrintedCarPartDescription
The spare tire hold down bolt thing broke on my Beetle so I made a new one.. Its Thicker and stronger than the stock unit and still works with the tool carrier foam thing. It prints in three pieces so you don't need supports and can replace just one piece if it breaks. I recommend printing everything at 20%+ infill and the Nut for the top at a 0.15 layer height so the threads print properly. You need to either pull the bolt out of the stock unit. Or go get a new one. (tbh I dont know the stock specs for the bolt but the head is a 13mm) The bolt is just held in with a pressure fit. I used PETG but I don't see why you couldn't print this out of whatever you want.
