3DPrintedCarPartDescription
Made this to work with the Audiofrog Gb60 in the doors. Using the OEM mount is sloppy IMO. This uses the correct angle and makes a clean install that protects your Gb60 and ensures a proper seal. Use foam backing on the mount and where speaker rests. 1/4 works perfect. Change the OEM plastic clips for speaker mount indoor to a M6 rivnut *no drilling required with medium pressure they fit* Use either supplied rubber or hot glue to secure the grill and mount your speaker foam ring to the grill cover to ensure full seal to the door. YOU WILL NEED TO GRIND the bottom of the inside of door panel. OEM has a block with foam on it, this will hit the grill, or surround if you don't choose to run the grill. This is a molding design from panels that have premium sound tag on them from what I can tell. I tossed around ideas of this making it more rigid or to stop vibrating. I RTA tested it with and without "molded support". With no change. Simply following the contour and removing the hump they have you will have no issues and no visual or structural impact.
