Published material guidance; still check heat, UV, load, and printer compatibility.
A planning starting point only; wall count, orientation, and geometry often matter more than infill.
Choose the needed variant, then slice it for grams, cost, and print time.
Saved setup guidance is used for material, infill, support, and per-file recommendation text; editable numbers are planning estimates only.

3DPrintedCarPartDescription
This is for all you makers that don't have a 24mm socket handy to change the oil in your Pentastar Jeep. A box end wrench or large crescent will work if you don't mind going 1/16 turn at a time against the drag of your old o-ring, but this makes it a little easier. #### V1 1/2" drive tested in PLA and was able to torque filter housing to spec (25 N·m /18 ft. lbs.) as well as break it free initially without breaking the socket. In destructive testing the PLA version failed at 28 ft. lbs. You may want a large crescent to "start" your cover depending on how long it's been since it was last removed. #### V2 Thicker (stronger) version with combo drive for 3/8" or 1/2". This will be stronger at the cost of a longer print time and more material used. Destructive testing will be done shortly and results posted... RE-UPLOADED w/ fixed scaling - Thanks for the feedback:-).
