3DPrintedCarPartDescription
When the Dodge Challenger Hellcat was first revealed, one of the coolest details was the hollow driver's side headlight that feeds cool air directly into the airbox. I found out reading some forums that the same headlight assembly is used on all 2015+ Challengers, but the lower trims use a plastic plug insert instead of leaving the headlight open. I removed the plug from my car, took down measurements, and designed my own replacement version. I've uploaded a bunch of files that may be more or less useful depending on the printer being used. 1) a simple ring with clips to test fit 2) a full replacement for the factory piece that can be printed in a color to match the car's paint or be remixed with your own custom carve-out 3) a stylized letter "M" 4) a stylized letter "M" with mesh background for anyone worried about bugs or debris 5) top and bottom full pieces for easier printing on certain machines 6) top and bottom "M" pieces for easier printing on certain machines Keep in mind that engines get hot and cars are subject to varying weather conditions when selecting your material! I was able to use ABS plastic and was pleased with the firm fit in the headlight inlet.
