!!!!!!! MADE FOR FORD EXPLORER 3RD GEN 2002-2005 4.0L SOHC GASOLINE ENGINE!!!!!! WILL WORK ON!!! 02-05 MERCURY MARINER 4.0L 02-05 FORD RANGER 4.0L 02-05 FORD EXPLORER SPORT-TRAC 4.0L GASOLINE/FLEX FUEL 02-05 FORD MUSTANG 4.0L USE TEST PRINT FOR CHECKING FITMENT FIRST. Designed using tinkercad on a chromebook, slicing using cura running off a linux emulator, my first full 3d print design. Made this for my diy smoke machine for detecting vacuum leaks in engine vacuum systems. Not going to pay $1000 for a machine I'll almost never use. This plate bypasses the throttle body and allows for the idle air control motor to be tested independently from the rest of the system, uses the factory throttle body mounting hardware to mount plate to the intake manifold/plenum. I used 5/16 id 1/2 od fuel line about 1 inch long to connect the cap to either test port on the plate. I could be wrong on some of the years this will work on, and might work on other engines, but these are the ones i know of. Print the test print to see if your engine is compatible prior to printing full scale. Prints takes about 6hrs to print everything.You mite get away with not using seal material between the plate and manifold if your print is flat enough but i would recommend using something. May or may not be able to adapt to commercial style leak detection systems. THIS PRINT NOT FOR COMMERCIAL REPRODUCTION, INTENDED ONLY FOR FREE USE. I ASSUME NO LIABILITY IF YOU USE THIS PRINT.
