3DPrintedCarPartDescription
I just installed the Diode Dynamics foglight kit on my 2022-2024 Ford Maverick hybrid, and now I want a good spot for the switch that goes into the cab. I decided I don't want to cut a hole in my factory trim so after doing some research, I learned that someone from the MTC forums has had success using the lower trim from a 4k tow which has the cutout for the trailer controls. Ford part number is NZ6Z-2604459-BA. I have uploaded STLs of single and dual cutouts for 16mm and 19mm round switches, plus a blank one if you'd like to cut the holes yourself. I also included the Fusion 360 files since I did try to design this parametrically. The clips may be a little tight, but take note the top ones are square and are meant to “hook in” first, then you clip the bottom ones which are beveled a bit. You may have to deburr or trim the cutouts after printing, especially if you have seams set to aligned, at least that was the case with my prints. Enjoy!
